OPEN RIDING
The Dr. Jack Giesy Equestrian Arena is booked year-round for equestrian and canine events.
However, when available, we welcome haul-ins from 10:00am – 2:00pm on most Tuesdays & Wednesdays. The cost for open riding is $20.00 per horse.
Riders must call our Administration office the day they would like to ride to determine availability for that day.
Open Riding Policies:
- Riders must call in advance to verify that the Arena is available for Open Riding
- Riders must check in at the administration office, complete an Assumption of Risk Agreement & Release, and pay the applicable fee before unloading their horse(s)
- Stalls are not available for haul-ins
- Riders must clean up after their horse(s), including debris in the area around trailers as a result of loading/unloading
- The Arena may not be groomed on days available for Open Riding
- Riders not observing these rules may not be extended future Open Riding privileges
